The project developer proposes the construction of a 5-story, mixed-use development located at 111 San Bruno Avenue West, consisting of 46 residential units and approximately 2,670 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The developer is seeking to take advantage of the State Density Bonus Law. Specifically, the applicant proposes a 50% Density Bonus, which allows for the use of three concessions and unlimited waivers. The project includes 7 affordable units, all of which are designated at the very low Area Median Income (AMI) level. |
