The City partners with the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) and the San Mateo Countywide Water Pollution Prevention Program to offer property owners the opportunity to receive money rebates for upgrading certain water using items and landscaping to high water efficiency. Landscaping: Lawn Be Gone! -  $2 Per Square Foot
